Health Call Center Full Accreditation

URAC is a healthcare accreditation, education and measurement organization. URAC-accredited health call centers have an infrastructure that meets specific standards, in addition to certain CORE standards, for clinical staff qualifications, training and roles of non-clinical staff, telephone performance thresholds, clinical staff, training and roles of non-clinical staff, telephone performance thresholds, clinical staff response times, handling of triage calls, information-sharing, feedback to physicians and more. They must keep pace with the latest technologies and software applications to ensure protection of medical information, secure sharing and compliance with HIPAA privacy laws. Carenet has received accreditation since 2007.

National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) – Health Information Line (certified within the Health Information Product standards)

Carenet Health has achieved this NCQA certification consecutively since 2010. NCQA is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving healthcare quality. NCQA accredits and certifies a wide range of healthcare organizations and manages the evolution of HEDIS,®  the performance measurement tool used by more than 90% of the nation’s health plans. Less than 20 healthcare service organizations are listed as earning the NCQA Health Information Product Certification(Note: HEDIS® is a registered trademark of NCQA.)
