Rob Davison Named VP of Training and Development for Carenet Health

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, JUNE 20, 2022 – Carenet Health, one of the nation’s leading healthcare engagement partners, has announced the hiring of Rob Davison as vice president of training and development.

Davison’s role will focus on optimizing Carenet’s team member training programs and engaging new and current team members to meet the organization’s rapid growth and strategic needs. He will be responsible for transforming the company’s new hire training program to a leading-edge approach with a variety of modalities, including face-to-face instructor-led, virtual, asynchronous classroom, simulations and on-the-job training. He also will ensure that Carenet provides quality training to team members on a wide range of skills, technical capabilities and service excellence programs to promote team capabilities that are closely aligned with the company’s mission, promises and expectations.

Prior to joining Carenet, Davison worked with PayPal for over a decade where he was responsible for global training and development and quality assurance. Davison has more than 20 years of training-related experience in the financial services and telecom industries, including leadership development roles with both Sprint and AMD. He has also worked in training, leadership and customer service roles at Bank of America, Chase and Janus Mutual Funds.

Davison, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Oklahoma, has been certified in Lean Thinking and Situational Leadership, and is an expert in self-empowerment leadership, all-inclusive workplace facilitation, personality assessments and more.
