SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, June 1, 2022 — Carenet Health, one of the nation’s leading healthcare engagement partners, has promoted long-time team member Monica S. Olmos to Vice President (VP), Operations. In her new role, Olmos will focus on enhancement of the organization’s relationships with clients through improving operational performance and sparking innovation that addresses partners’ needs.
A nine-year veteran of Carenet, Olmos joined the company in 2013 as a Client Relationship Manager before moving into the role of Senior Client Relationship Manager a year later. In 2017, she was named Director of Client Services, where she served as chief strategist in fostering business relationships through value-added communication, performance and service.
Olmos’ earlier career created a strong foundation for her success at Carenet. She held several operations management roles at kgb, a leading provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services, where she worked from 2001-2009. Olmos also worked at Transcom from 2009-2013, where she held positions as Account Manager and Business Manager.
